The Host was available twice to answer my calls for a couple of questions.
Even though the complex looked busy, the location was quiet.
The air conditioner made a noise when cutting in and out. Deprived us of sleep.
The TV in the lounge was not working but it was being replaced the next day.

Generally a very nice property
No exhaust fan in either bathroom or toilet. Not very sound proof for the adjoining premises - a couple leaving early on Sunday morning in the adjoining unit were very loud. No sleep in Sunday.

Well lit, spacious, clean. Close to water.
Location poor unless have car. Not too far to walk to public transport, and only 50 cents per ride, but buses are hourly or worse. Air-conditioning in main room intermittently very noisy. Little provided in way of, e.g., teabags, condiments, cooking ingredients such as oil.
