TORA HOTEL Sensoji 寅ホテル 浅草寺

We really enjoyed our stay as the apartment was quiet and well located. It had lovely cupboards that we could store our luggage in and it was spacious enough for 3 people. The kitchen had a rice cooker which was a bonus and the washing machine came in handy too. It ticked all our boxes, the bed was super comfy and the duvet nice and soft. everything was spotless. We had a bad experience before and found this as a last minute alternative so we were very pleased! Great value for money

The property has everything you’d need for a temporary or long term stay. And the view from the balcony is great because you can see the skytree

The area it is in, it is in an area notorious for people trying to bring you into their store (which what they are doing might not be legal) and then overcharge you.

The convenience of the location was top notch. It had such a spacious room with everything you need including fridge kitchen washing machine, good size bed plenty of storage. We also had a groom with the view of sky tree it was beautiful.. The property also has located in short distance of several train stations nearby and bus stops. There are so many convenience stores you can reach on foot less than five minutes, the biggest temple SensoJi is in walking distance of 15-20 minutes. Ueno train station- such a great place nearby for eating out so many beautiful dishes. Also.Asakusa which is one of the biggest food markets nearby to this property next to the temple again it’s only 15-20 minutes walk. When we come back to Tokyo will only be staying at this place.

To be honest, there are nothing I can comment negatively. This is what I wanted to experience and the Property had everything I wanted.

Not a lot to walk to but soaplands, not ideal for families as it is in the middle of Soapland district. Also, they put us in a room that was already occupied and not clean, they had to move us to a different, much smaller room late at night.
