Brand-new 2 bedroom apartment Sopocachi

Cozy and comfortable, we felt at home during our stay in La Paz. Self check in, clear instructions shared before hand. Great value for money!

The host was kind and let us check in early, which was super nice after a long flight. We received clear and timely instructions for the self check in, very convenient. Apartment was clean and fair to the pictures. We had a fantastic stay in La Paz and the view from the window was a plus, definitely recommended.

Excelente ubicación un departamento increíblemente limpio y decente

Nada

The view from the living room was nice, and the window opened which was great. It's what is shown in the picture and is the nicest part of the apartment. Once I got familiar with the neighborhood it was relatively easy to walk to a part of town that had restaurants, a little grocery store, coffee shops and some social interaction. The hosts were very responsive via WhatsApp. They have a local person as a property manager who I also had contact information for. She was also responsive. The kitchen is small but well equipped and I was able to cook myself meals there which was great after several weeks in hotels.

I arrived at night and it was really hard to distinguish the building, there are no address numbers on the outside (that we could see in the dark). The keys were in a lock box and although I had the code the box was really hard to open. The apartment is off the garage and someone was working on his car with the engine running, really toxic! The apartment was cold and somewhat hard to heat up. The bedrooms have no windows to the outside. Unfortunately the internet was knocked out by a storm the night I arrived and despite attempts to remedy I spent the entire 4 days with no internet which was super challenging as I needed to work. I also found the neighborhood really rough and dirty. I had read that Sopocachi was a nice part of town, but not the part this apartment is in.
