Charming seaview apt by Costarentals - Ref 49

Apartments lovely in a lovely área. Gardens beautiful. Next to the main road, so some noise from that if you need it quiet. Everything you need was in the apartment.

Main bedroom could do with a mattress upgrade and also new pillows in both bedroom, as both werent very nice. Stained mattress cover, and mattress was just a mattress topper on top of a bed base in the main room.

The location was good - it was the perfect layout for us with a toddler and it felt safe with it being a gated community. It was a nice walk to the beach and local restaurants, there were also shops nearby for supplies. If you’re travelling with kids there are so many great parks, along the beach and also in Mijas Pueblo. It’s a very child friendly area, all the staff in restaurants were great.

The amenities were a bit random/not what we expected. There wasn’t any kitchen roll or tea towels so we ended up having to buy some but then there was washing up liquid provided. I wonder if this was actually provided or if it was just left overs from previous guests. The information could be clearer about what’s included. I had read reviews about the accommodation not being clean and was worried about what state it would be in. Overall it appeared clean but there was a musty smell when we arrived. I think this might have been from the sofa and soft furnishings that could likely do with being cleaned. Aside from that, our stay was comfortable, the air-con was good and it was a quiet area to stay in which meant we all slept well. Luckily I had read other reviews about there being various steps down to the property so we were prepared, although it was a bit difficult with a toddler and a pram we made it work. Information about access to the property should be clearer so people are aware. We used the pool and were the only one’s there at the time which was nice. The area was clean and well kept.

Wir hätten gegen Aufpreis sogar früher einchecken können. War aber nicht notwendig. Das Team war schnell und gut per Telefon oder E-Mail zu erreichen. Schnelle Reaktionszeit. Am Ende der Woche hatten wir festgestellt, dass wir 5 Autominuten weg den schönsten Strand hatten mit fairen Preisen und guter Stimmung. Bei der Abreise hatten wir die Autoschlüssel eingesperrt mussten dann mit bolt zum Flughafen, auf Grund der Uhrzeit 5 Uhr morgens erreichten wir keinen. Aber das Appartement war sehr bemüht die Schlüssel noch am gleichen Tag der Autovermietung zurück zugeben. Dieser Mega Service hat uns viel Stress erspart. Das Haus selbst war sauber, der Pool auch mit extra Duschen. Es war wirklich ein schöner Urlaub. Danke!

Leider war die Matratze im Doppelbettzimmer unter dem Bezug etwas unschön, sonst hätte ich 10 Sterne gelassen.

No me gustó la incomodez de tanta escalera para ir con una persona mayor y cargar con equipaje fue una odisea entrar y salir y eso no se avisa ,si no ,no lo hubiera alquilado y la angustia de no saber si iba a tener aparcamiento o no todos los días , la piscina tiene mucho cloro y una de mis hijas acabó con el pelo verde no sé si los niveles eran inadecuados
