Location is convinient being close to airport. Acommodation is Good.

Climbing 2 or 3 levels with luggage was a big problem. Not suitable for aged folks.

Seperate rooms and toilet. Kitchen all things available for cooking.

We stayed at this 3BHK apartment in Goa during our marathon visit, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The house is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all essential facilities available. It comfortably accommodated our group, and this place is ideal for a group of up to 7 people. The layout and amenities make it especially suitable for families and group stays. We visited Goa specifically for the marathon, and the stay added to the overall experience. The apartment provided a relaxed and comfortable environment to rest and recover after the run. The locality was calm, and the house felt safe and homely. I would definitely recommend this place for family trips or group stays in Goa. Things That Could Be Improved (Suggestions) The apartment is on the 2nd floor and does not have a lift, which may be difficult for elderly guests or people with mobility issues. This is something future guests should be aware of. On the morning of our checkout, we faced a water shortage as the tank had run empty. Since we were leaving early, this was a bit uncomfortable. After contacting the owner, we were advised to use water from two alternate connections, which helped, but it was not very convenient. Ensuring adequate water availability, especially during early morning hours, would greatly improve the experience. Apart from the three bedrooms, there is an additional single room without a proper bed. This was not clearly mentioned in the description, and it came as an unpleasant surprise for us, as one person had to sleep on a cot. It would be helpful to clearly mention this in the listing or consider adding a proper bed to make the stay more comfortable for larger groups. (Maybe I missed finding the description) Providing basic amenities such as a kettle and a hair dryer would be very helpful, especially for guests visiting for events like marathons or early-morning activities.

An amazing property, spic and span, spacious with clean washrooms and a reasonably well equipped kitchen for your daily needs. The host is a well travelled person and very responsive and approachable. A gem of a person and an equally nice property
