Location, location, location - ground floor

This is a really lovely unit in a great location. All the furnishings were comfortable and in good condition. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Lovely bathrooms with generous showers. The unit has two outdoor spaces which are private and very pleasant to be in. We were an easy walk from the waterfront, with cafes, pubs and a shopping centre very close by.

The unit is described as having disability access. This would be true for some disabilities. At least one of the bathrooms need rails beside the toilet and at the entrance to the shower. Entry to the property would be difficult for someone in a wheelchair due to the very heavy door. Also, needing to turn the key while pulling the door towards yourself requires two hands. Thats not criticism, just reality which could be adjusted for in the property description to avoid difficulties for people with disability in the future.

Great location in a beautiful place. Close to everything. A really lovely accommodation that is well equipped with everything you need.

Very newly renovated, very comfortable and quiet. Great for a stop over on a road trip as we didn’t want to stay in the city. The area has restaurants and a super market walking distance away, and a great running/walking path by the ocean. All amenities worked well.

There is parking but the spot is very tight, especially for a large car.
