Blisko centrum, czystość pokoju. Pralka lodówka, odkurzacz zmywarka. Parking w garażu podziemnym
Brak możliwości wyrzucania śmieci do koszy na zewnątrz. Przy dłuższym pobycie kłopotliwe to jest, że nie wiadomo gdzie są śmietniki zbiorcze.

Doskonała lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, parking podziemnym garażu w cenie, czystość, wyposażenie apartamentu jak nowe, kontakt z biurem obsługi
Niestety jeden mały minus - apartament przy głównej i ruchliwej ulicy, jak okna zamknięte to ok, ale przy otwartym oknie trudno wytrzymać w ciągu dnia. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, ponieważ cały czas byliśmy poza apartamentem, ale jak ktoś planuje pozostać w ciągu dnia to trochę niekomfortowo przy otwartym oknie.
