Mouzaki's Stone Villas

Stunning villa. Great pool. Modern design with everything you need. Property itself is beautiful and even has a large fig tree in the back and they were delicious. Washer, dishwasher, fridge, stove oven all new. Beds were very comfortable and showers had excellent pressure. They left toilet paper, hand soap shampoo and shower gel. dish detergent and washing detergent. And have a clothes rack for drying with clothes pegs. Excellent A/C. They had a tv but we never used it. Also has security gate and cameras outside. Very quiet serene village. They had excellent restaurants close by and a bakery and small store in walking distance with an older man who was and other necessary items. He was extremely pleasant. He had pastries and bread and deserts as well We celebrated an anniversary and birthday and they were kind enough to leave us 2 bottles of rose which was very thoughtful. The cleaner was excellent and came daily. Even asked if we wanted to change the beds but for such a short time we didn't think it necessary. Towels were changed daily and she removed all garbage as well as ran the dishwasher for us. Very sweet. Her English was not great but with the help of her little girl we managed great. You need a car though. !!!

The view was not great but that really Didn't bother us. However, communication with the owner/ manager that responds on booking was not good. We had no instructions prior to arriving. Didn't know which villa it was because there are 3 exactly the same and drove around for a while until we figured it out. We left several messages over the last few months and had no responses. We asked for an extra set of keys because we were coming and going at different times. We never got them. The cleaning lady was lovely and kind. But showed up at different times unexpectedly which was surprising. First day 3 of us left and one stayed behind and she walked into the villa after we left. We gather that was because the security gate was open so she was making sure everything was ok. If we had the other key as promised this would not have happened. We fully understand that she is following directions of the owner but this was quite intrusive to the privacy expected. Another morning she came in and walked up the driveway to check on something outside. (Maybe pool chemicals) but later came to clean after we left. Again, she was doing her job and we do not blame her for that. But coming in unannounced was not pleasant. Upon leaving once again we had no instructions. Don't know what to do with the keys or gate. And we reached out to the owner but no response. We would say everything with the villa were excellent but communication was a zero. If they improved their response time faster we would say this is a perfect holiday home.

The property was modern, quiet, very clean throughout including the garden and pool. The housemaid was lovely, friendly and very accommodating when we had teenagers having a lay in.

Absolutely nothing!

Beautiful and well maintained property. Very modern and cared for. Lovely pool and sun-beds to enjoy. The area around the villa is quite scenic and has a lovely sunset view. Cleaned daily and the staff are amazing. Issues were dealt with promptly. Overall an extremely comfortable stay.

The location is a has its positives and negatives. While it’s amazing to be close to nature and have such beautiful landscapes to enjoy, be prepared for it to take at least 30-40 minutes to get to most places by car. A car is an absolute must for you to enjoy your stay in this location.

Optisch auf den ersten Blick sehr ansprechend. Bett war zumindest sauber.

- Küche schlecht ausgestattet, Besteck dreckig - Regale, Amaturen im Badezimmer und an der Dusche dreckig -Waschbecken wurde ungeputzt übergeben, Haare vom Vormieter vorhanden, sowie das WC - Kommunikation mit Vermieter hat nicht gut geklappt
