Veliki dnevni boravak, uvijek je bilo mjesta na parkiralištu koje je besplatno ispred zgrade. Pogled s balkona, vrlo udoban krevet, jako puno ormara, posebno veliki broj ručnika, kuhinja je dobro opremljena, bilo je jednostavno preuzeti ključeve, stan je svijetao jer ima puno prozora, Domaćini su odmah odgovarali na poruke. Miran kvart.
Jedam mali nedostatak je što je stan bio očišćen, ali možda nije neko vrijeme bilo gostiju pa se skupilo prašine. Na žalost u mikrovalnoj smo pronašli čašu s kavom koja je tamo stajala neko vrijeme, a još gore u perilici suđa je bila pljesniva žlica. Dakle, sugeriramo osobama koje se brinu o čistoći da svakako provjere bolje ima li što u kučanskim aparatima.
