A localização é perfeita, bem em frente à orla da Praia do Futuro, oferecendo acesso rápido e conveniente. A região conta com excelentes quiosques que atendem a diversos gostos e orçamentos. Além disso, a comunicação com a anfitriã foi rápida e eficiente, e o processo de check-in ocorreu de forma simples e tranquila.
Apesar da localização privilegiada para as praias, o bairro ainda apresenta uma carência notável de serviços essenciais, como padarias, mercados e farmácias. No que diz respeito à acomodação, éramos três hóspedes, mas a única cama disponível era de casal. Isso nos obrigou a revezar o uso do sofá-cama na sala, que, infelizmente, não oferecia muito conforto.
