It was my second time booking the location. It is way too expensive for what you get but I’m very glad that I was able to work something out with the manager.
I did not like the bags in the corner of trash and old cleaning supplies left out and scattered in the property. I cleaned my self and re organized the cleaning supplies because if I’m paying what I’m paying, I would like a clean space regardless of how long I stay there for.

It was quiet on my floor and you have guests that come and go who respect your privacy and are very kind when greeting or conversing with you. The place is always kept clean and you are responsible for your own cooking, so its nice to cook what ever you like. Being provided a TV is also a benefit.
Occasionally you would have to deal with some loud noise coming from the visitor from the floor above.

The kitchen was nice.
Location is not as good as it seems, its not THAT clean it's just the only good thing, rooms are tiny and you can hear every sound, the building entrance door and the apartment door are 90% open, and other tenants are not as nice as you think.
