Atlantic Lodge

Very basic I booked with owner of a property whaich was double booked which she ownes at this site , however she arranged to book a unit of the site in her name everything was done through her by emails text and phone calls . The unit is classed as self catering so apart from cooking utentils , crockery , cutery etc nothing else , no kitchen linen , washing up , fluid no starter for tea coffee milk sugar coking oil etc shower gel or soap dish cloth or other bits to get one going as with other properties I have rented however I did talk a stock to get me going otherwise arriving in the evening I would not have had a drink or any thing to eat until the following morning other places leave a few things to start you off and only willing to but this Alantic Resort is not interested in doing anything the original peron I booked with was very accommodating in finding a place the same as I had booed with her and covering the additional cost with was very kind .

Site attitude lack of care and thought in not supplying and little extras and stressing it is only self catering so in other words take your own kitchen with you in the was of tea sugar washing up liquid pepper salt etc etc as explained if I had stayed at an owners chalet it would have been different but as it was a resort property not acceptable
