The Lookout, boutique villa.

This is a fantastic house with a spectacular view over the Ionian see from the house and and sitting in the shade by the pool. You will feel totally private on the property and the house well equipped and spotless. Close to the harbor and restaurants in Syvota and with a hidden beach only with a ten minute walk. Very friendly owner and supportive staff locally.

Set high above the bay of Sivota the location of The Lookout is stunning with the best panoramic view over the Ionian sea and islands imaginable! The house itself is tastefully furnished, well appointed and comfortable for a family, with a great kitchen and several well designed spaces to chill in. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool which is really well maintained. Surrounded by greenery and pretty planting the villa isn’t overlooked by other buildings. The lovely setting is peaceful and private with just the views of the beautiful blue sea dotted with sailing boats and islands to enjoy. We also loved Sivota harbour, all the local beaches and the choice of local tavernas.

I would echo other reviewers who have mentioned the road leading to the Lookout. The last 600m are unmade and very rough and bumpy. We were took it very slowly each time. It won’t put us off rebooking because everything else about the house and location is fantastic.

Fantastic views across the sea. Very stylishly decorated and furnished, modern, fresh and comfortable.

The gravel road for the last 700m up to the villa, although understand not much can be done about it. Got our steps in with it being our three levels!

Het uitzicht is adembenemend. De ligging is heel fijn dicht bij het dorpje maar toch rustig en veel privacy.

Iets minder vond ik de vele trappen maar zou me niet weerhouden om dit huis weer te boeken
