iFlat Cozy in Monti

La posizione dell'appartamento è senza dubbio il punto forte: comodissima per raggiungere facilmente sia il centro che la stazione, e inserita in un contesto piuttosto tranquillo. Buona pulizia. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la presenza della lavatrice in casa, un servizio sempre utilissimo per chi viaggia.

Ci sono alcuni dettagli logistici che, se curati, renderebbero il soggiorno perfetto. L'appartamento risulta piuttosto umido e, avendo a disposizione un'unica finestra con apertura a vasistas (che dà su un interno), il ricircolo d'aria naturale è minimo. L'ideale sarebbe tenere il condizionatore sempre acceso, ma per evitare sprechi di energia abbiamo preferito non farlo, patendo un po' l'umidità. Inoltre, avendo la lavatrice, la presenza di uno stendino è fondamentale: non essendoci, abbiamo dovuto usare molta creatività per far asciugare i panni. Infine, suggerisco di curare un po' di più le dotazioni di base: non c'erano tovaglioli né carta da cucina (l'ultima sera, ordinando a domicilio, abbiamo dovuto usare i nostri fazzoletti di carta personali) e la carta igienica in bagno era limitata a due soli rotoli piuttosto scarsi.

Perfect size for 1-3 people comfortably. Super central location but tucked away on a non-busy street. Close to delicious restaurants, bars, and cafes. Incredibly kind hospitality from the host who gave us recommendations for nearby food and attractions to check out in the area for our first time in Rome. Comfortable amenities (the bed especially!) within the flat itself. Would recommend for solo travelers too!

The shower drain was backed up at the time but this very well could have been fixed after our stay!

Everything was excellent! The location of the apartment is perfect. Close to Coliseum, craft shops and good restaurants. It is the good part of the city - centre but silent small street. The apartment is of so interesting authentic interior, cosy, comfortable and nice. Service excellent. Support from IFlat is immediate and helpful. The bed cloths and towels are pure clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean. Going to recommend to my friends and get back here again by myself.

Excellent location on a quiet street. Close to lots of restaurants, cafes and clothes shopping. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washing machine was a nice bonus.

The shower is very awkward to get in and out of because of the way the door opens inwards. I am not a large person by any means, and I was squeezing into the shower each time. Also, the pillows are very old and lumpy and were not comfortable to sleep on, I was using the cushions from the lounge.
