Acogedora casa con patio-parking

La ubicación es fantástica para quien busque tranquilidad y cercanía al pueblo de Albarracín. Miguel Ángel, nos dejó como detalle una botella de vino y leche. El alojamiento tiene buena equipación para el invierno, y un patio muy agradable a la entrada de la casa para disfrutar del desayuno al solecito. Poder aparcar en la puerta del alojamiento fue un lujo también.

La limpieza no es muy profunda, hay bastante polvo. También al estar en mitad de la naturaleza prácticamente, había bastantes insectos, hormiguitas por la encimera y tal. Se debería de poner una cortina o algo en la puerta del salón, ya que se tiene poca intimidad. La ducha no cerraba bien, pero para una noche no hay problema, se pasa la fregona y listo, pero deberían revisarlo. Es verdad que en el día que nosotros estuvimos hizo bastante calor para ser septiembre, y con solo el ventilador no nos parecía suficiente. En general nos pareció un poco caro para lo que ofrecía

The house is in a very quiet location with an easy short flat walk to the centre of town. It has great parking for two cars which is easy to get in and out of. The biggest supermarket is also with in walking distance although it is rather limited and a bit expensive. Great views of the town walls and surrounding countryside. The house itself is rather quirky. It has an old style charm with thick walls, old small shuttered windows, wooden doors, an old fireplace with stove( not in use) and a small Juliette balcony to the main bedroom. There is a modern pellet burner which we didn't need to use. If you like modern you probably wouldn't enjoy being here. The living kitchen area is on the small side and a little cramped. The wifi works well and the sofa is comfortable. There is also a handy downstairs toilet and a large cupboard with washing machine iron etc. All of which worked well. Upstairs there is a good shower room and two bedrooms, Plenty of hot water for the shower . The bed was very comfortable. Lovely views from the windows. Even though it was very hot during the day with the fans provided and by closing down the shutters it was possible to keep the house cool. As the mornings were very cool it helped to open up the house to assist in cooling it down before the sun started to take effect. Outside is a very nice patio area with a large table and several chairs where it was pleasant to sit out in the evening and eat.. There is also a BBQ which we didn't use. I won't say much about Albarracín except that it is as beautiful as they say it is. Some great walking to be done and some nice restaurants

There were several items which were broken or didn't work well. Nothing to cause great problems during a short stay over a long weekend and the owner is going to get them fixed Nothing to do with the house but when arriving by car sat nav tries to take you in via the entry near the supermarket. This entrance is via a narrow blind left hand corner between two houses. We saw a person on an electric scooter speed round here at high speed . Fortunately nothing was coming the other way! .The house is closer to the other end of the road in any way and the turn into it is much safer .It can be approached from the town or from a turn off the Teruel road. We had used the latter on arrival and stuck to it when going out in the car.

La casita rosa es muy acogedora y dispone de mucho menaje de cocina, así como lavadora, tendedero y pinzas. El sofá y la cama son bastante cómodos. Y la ubicación maravillosa ya que está a unos 15 minutos andando del centro de Albarracín y otras zonas de interés.

Quizá haya sido casualidad pero había varias telarañas en la casita y hemos tenido la visita de bastantes arañas durante nuestra estancia. Puede que sea porque la casa está ubicada en zona de campo.

Debido a la afluencia de gente que tuvo la casa, estaba un poco descuidada en cuanto a mantenimiento, por lo demás, la atención de diez.
