The apartment is brand new

The pool is small

Undoubtedly, this is one of the worst places we have ever stayed. The apartment looked really nice in the pictures, but it was a disaster once we entered. There was no water every afternoon. We couldn't do laundry or use the toilet. When there was water, it would pour on our heads from the walls. There was disgusting mold in the bathroom and the bedroom (photos attached). It was impossible to sleep at night due to the foul smell. We couldn't use the pool until 12 PM noon because the owner complained about children's noise, even though his own children were running around and slamming doors until midnight, constantly waking us up. When we informed the owner that water was dripping from the ceiling onto our heads, he said he would take care of it after we checked out and didn't provide us with a new apartment. Mold on the walls is very harmful to health, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
