When booking, it was important to us to have an iron and a hairdryer, and it was indicated that they were in the apartments (from previous experience we assumed that they would be in the room itself, but no: to get them, you had to go to the reception, which for some reason is marked by a luggage drop-off door (???), and leave a 20 zl deposit). Of course, we didn't have cash, and we had to look for an ATM in the area to get money (all ATMs in the neighborhood charge a fixed fee of 21 zl). The bed starts creaking even when you approach it, not to mention when you lie down, I don't understand why they can't be replaced? The beds are absolutely not suitable for a couple to sleep in, when one person moves — it is impossible for the other not to wake up. The noise on the street continued until the middle of the night, right in front of the hotel exit there are 3 bars, on one of the nights, as I understood, there was a stand-up show, and I had to listen to people laughing at 1 AM. Closed windows do not help, and it is very stuffy if the windows are closed, while the air conditioning system makes noise but does not work. We probably managed to fall asleep only because of a busy day, otherwise, I don't imagine how one can sleep there. Keep in mind: if you plan to stay on the weekend, the bars are open until 03:00, on other days — until 12-01 AM. Also, only two towels were provided for a couple, which is not very convenient, we simply lacked at least one hand towel.
