Pour l’hiver l’appartement n’est pas adapté: manque de chauffage, manque de couverture, et beaucoup de courant d’air

L’appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé à quelques pas de la mer dans un quartier résidentiel et avec une vue incroyable.
Immeuble mal insonorisé à côté d’une boîte ou bar dansant, ce qui veut dire que nous avions la musique à fond tout les soirs jusqu’à 2 heures du matin.
