L'emplacement nous convenait avec un grand parking pour la voiture . A proximité de la piscine et du Leclerc pour les courses. Il y a malgré tout de la circulation sur la rue qui longe l'immeuble.
Peut être un petite table desserte dans la cuisine et un lave vaisselle. Sinon équipement suffisant pour 2 personnes .
