堺の主要な大人のホテルの中で　明らかに1番広くて綺麗です　バスルームは他所の倍の広さ 男性スタッフが特に優秀です

毎週のようにこのホテルを利用していますが、強いて粗探しをすると　利用する部屋によって洗面所が少し流れにくい

Super, super friendly staff, big bed & tv, GIANT bathtub with some jets, had a lot of fun telling family, friends, and colleagues I was staying at a love hotel. Zero noise from neighbors or the street (but A/C a bit loud), total blackout if you want it. Everything felt very clean to me. Was traveling alone, but you might appreciate mirrored walls and ceilings. There is a window. Wasn't immediately obvious the first night, but the full-wall mirror behind the bed slides to the side, in case you want the sun to wake you up in the morning.

Only real issue: A/C was louder than I like, even when "off". If not for that, would be an easy 9. Room-specific wifi had connection issues, but the "free" hotel wifi worked fine. Otherwise, just be sure you know what you are signing up for. No desk (as advertised) or chair, just a little couch and coffee table. If you're claustrophobic, be aware that you have to pick up the phone and ask every time you enter or exit your room(room phone behind the bed). It takes very little effort, but if the line happens to be busy, you might literally be stuck in your room for a couple minutes waiting to be buzzed out. Knowing a bit of Japanese won't hurt. The room lights are controlled by a fancy control panel that I think was in Japanese(usually just used the "All on" "all off" buttons). But English instructions for other things are given at checkin. Ahh, and be aware that there is a *step* in side the room, down to the bed level. I tripped once in the middle of the night. So watch out for that : ). Still quite happy with my stay, and would likely stay again provided laptop work is not a priority.

今年3/29に初めて利用してから11回目（15泊目）の超ヘビーユーザーです ホテルシャンテの施設　設備　ベッド　快適性については何の問題もありません だからこその11回目であり　実は6月後半も　7月も　8月もずっとシャンテで予約しています

今回シャンテの駐車場設備でホテル側から発端の大きなトラブルが有りました 先述しておきますが　私は長年booking.comに於いて凡ゆる宿泊施設を利用しトラブルを起こしたこともクレームを付けたこともありません。 トラブルは6月14日土曜日18：30頃の事です。　booking.comを通してシャンテを予約した際は全て先払いで料金を支払っておりますので、シャンテに限りませんが　ホテルから許可されたルールにより　外食に出かける事が可能でなのですが 当日激しい雨という事もあり、また外食先ではお酒を飲みますのでタクシーアプリでタクシーを依頼し ホテル内の施設に駐車中の車の中で待機していました。　そして程なくタクシーがシャンテの駐車場に到着したので タクシーに乗り込んだところ、ホテル従業員の女性が血相をかいて飛び出て来て『外出されるなら駐車している車を裏の第二駐車場に停めてからタクシーで出掛けてくれ』と言われました。 私は何が起きたか意味も解らずに今一度その場で頭の中を整理してみました。 1、私は事前にシャンテに2泊の予約をして宿泊料金も前払いで支払い済みであり 2、当ホテルシャンテには11回目15泊利用し、利用に際して一切のトラブルやクレームを行う事もなく、 3、施設も丁寧に利用し退室時にはタオルを１箇所にまとめて浴槽のお湯も抜き、誰が見ても模範的な利用者だと思われます。 その前提で外食時に事前にフロントに申し出てタクシーで外出する際に料金の発生している利用時間内に大雨の降り頻る中 ホテル施設内に駐車してある車両をわざわざ屋外の第二駐車場に置き直さなければならないのはどう考えても可笑しくないか？？ もし利用者である私が可笑しくて　それがホテルシャンテのルールだと仰るのならば　本意ではありませんが従いますので 6月・7月・8月の先払い済みの全予約をホテル側都合で解約し返金を行なってください。
