La ubicació.
Que no te ascensor i que hi ha poca pressió d’aigua.

La ubicación, no necesitamos coger el coche ni un día, esta cerca de la playa y en los alrededores hay de todo lo que necesitas. El apartamento está muy limpio y tiene de todo, es muy cómodo y la zona muy tranquila.
Es complicado aparcar por la zona

L'apartament està molt ben situat. Al casc antic de l'Escala, molt proper a un parell de platges molt boniques. És un carrer tranquil. Té aire condicionat i es refresca ràpidament. Està totalment equipat. Cuina força equipada. El propietari va ser molt amable i ens va indicar tot molt bé. Tot força net i correcte.
No hi ha aparcament a la zona ja que és molt cèntric, es pot aparcar aprop però és zona blava. Però hi ha un pàrquing públic gratuït a uns 10minuts caminant. Com a recomanació afegir que estaria bé que hi hagués làmpares a les tauletes de nit. També dir que a la cuina sortien formiguetes d'aquestes petites. Ja vam informar al propietari. No té ascensor però és un segon amb poques escales.
