H11 [Luxury 17A] Porto - Piscina - Jacuzzi

1) The owner sent detailed instructions for check-in. 2) Everything went smoothly, and check-in was quick. The apartment is new and fully equipped. 3) The owner was always in touch and helped with any issues that arose.

1) The heated towel rail in the bathroom was lukewarm. 2) The overhead shower was broken, leaking water between the shower head and the pipe. 3) The floor was only warm near the entrance to the bathroom. The rest of the floor, near the toilet and sink, was very cold. 4) The Wi-Fi didn't always work. 5) There was a dishwasher, but no dishwasher detergent. 6) For hand washing, there was only dishwashing liquid, but no sponge or cloth. There were only a few paper towels. There were no separate dish towels or cutlery. 7) The apartment is located next to a busy road. For those sensitive to noise, the road noise can seriously disrupt sleep.

Cercavamo un posto di relax e lo abbiamo trovato. Bello il contesto, l'organizzazione degli spazi, le dotazioni dell'appartamento, i servizi nelle prossimità e la location in generale. Una nota particolare merita l'assistenza agli ospiti. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema tecnico che è stato risolto velocemente...era domenica, quindi, tanto di cappello!

We liked the location and view. The terrace was lovely. It’s a nice apartment for 2.

It was complicated to get access to the apartment despite the instructions. We tried to open the garage but we had to park outside (next to the closed barrier). There was no shower gel (nor dishwasher tablets or washing-up sponge) upon arrival at night after a long journey and no one to help. There was no internet (therefore no TV) for 4 out of 7 days! Sadly the closest access to the swimming pool was blocked so for the 2nd access we had to do a huge detour (not convenient for elderly), also there were no chairs around the pool.
