L'appartamento era comodo, accogliente e pulito
Lo staff non si vede, non c'è rapporto umano e per parlare direttamente con loro bisogna fare qualche km. Ci sono andato personalmente per consegnare le chiavi, accoglienza zero e ho chiesto di dire al loro " taxi" per l'aeroporto se poteva venire a prenderci nella piazza vicino l'appartamento e ci hanno detto di no! Poi ho fatto telefonare da un'amica di mia moglie per dire di spostare di mezz'ora l'appuntamento con l'autista e hanno detto no. Ero a piedi e mia figlia è invalida al 100%, in carrozzina e dovevo spingere la carrozzina per circa due km per arrivare alla loro sede per prendere l'auto per l'aeroporto. La città è bella ma totalmente impraticabile per gli invalidi perché le strade e i marciapiedi sono fatti con i sanpietrini e mancano percorsi adatti.
