The staff are helpful and polite.it was in the right location for us

The room wasn’t the cleanest, was dust and hair on the skirting boards, the large bed was just 2 single beds pushed together that where not comfortable at all. The balcony doors would not lock.

We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment on a high floor level that included a study nook and a European laundry. The apartment was well laid out with a lovely balcony. The 24-hour reception was handy as I could easily swap over a scratched pan and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We were warned of nearby construction noise but the staff gave us an apartment looking across towards the racecourse so we were not disturbed. Check-in and Check-out was smooth and easy.

Just a minor issue, was that the lifts in the basement car park were not easy for us to find once we'd initially parked our car. Needless to say, once you know where they are located, you're all set. There is a little bit of train noise but this did not bother us as we were on a high floor level.

It's very clean from the bathroom to the bedroom.

Need to check the dishes properly, one of the mugs had a chip on the inside

The staff was good and the locations were good

The carpet was very dirty, as was the couch. The towels were not very clean; we couldn't use the small towels because they looked dirty and had a bad smell. Another issue was that the instructions stated we had to vacuum the unit before checking out, which is the first time we encountered such a request on a reservation.
