Love the location. Beautiful view. Everything we require is available.
Was surprised to find all the bedlamps turned on, bed cushion on the floor, airconditioner going flat out, and dead flies /crumbs on the carpet. Definitely not the usual way we find this little cottage - we have stayed before several times, and love it.

Absolute waterfront The best appointed place we have ever stayed Clean well provisioned with so many extra amenities we couldn’t believe it Walking distance to the beach and town Beachtowels, coffee, luggage racks, blankets, games , bbq We want to come back asap

Love the lounge, with the comfy old chairs - just sitting back and watching the world go by, and the front bedroom, with its amazing sea view too. We had clear nights, and could see the stars as we went to sleep.
The bathroom is the most challenging for us. The spa bath has very high sides, so not at all easy to get in and out of! A rail would be a bonus.
Also a light over the mirror would be useful.
