Die Lage der Wohnung direkt an der Küste ist sehr gut. In kurzer Entfernung kann man mehrere Lokale aufsuchen. Mit dem Auto - Parkplatz im öffentlichern Bereich ist immer vorhanden - ist man schnall in Lss Palmas und anderen Orten.
Die Wohnung ist etwas verwohnt. Sehr viele Betten für Surfer. Dafür kein richtiger Wohnbereich. Fernseher im Schlafzimmer. WLAN ist außerordentlich schwach und nicht immer in allen Räumen verfügbar (Download um die 7- 11 mbits/sec). Der Toaster ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche gab es kein warmes Wasser zum Abswaschen. In der Dusche waren bei Anreise noch Haare der Vormieter im Abfluß. So richtiges Komfortgefühl kommt nicht auf.

Prachtige locatie. Golven beuken tegen de muur van het huis. Woning ook prima.
Woonkamer bevindt zich in de Hal. Kleine bank in de slaapkamer de kleine bank gezet en daar heerlijk gezeten en tv gekeken. Tevens mooi dakterras.
