Location, nice apartment & could use the hotels facilities.
Tv in living room didn’t work & hosts never got it fixed after a few messages back & forth, floors not the cleanest just in certain areas, but overall a lovely apartment.

Het uitzicht was goed (29e verdieping) hoewel we niet aan de zeezijde zaten. Een paar kleine problemen (defecten) werden meteen door de host (welke goed te bereiken was) opgepakt. Het appartement was basic maar zeker voldoende om een aantal dagen in te verblijven.
De airco was vrij koud en wij zagen geen mogelijkheid om dit goed in te stellen. Wat jammer was maar waar de host niets aan kon doen (niet alle appartementen worden door hen verhuurd) was het feit dat men blijkbaar op de balkons mag roken en in ons geval rookte de onder buren wiet.

Fantastic location for Bayside and other attractions in Downtown Miami, opposite a monorail to get around the city which was great....the Condo was perfect, very clean and welcoming also great communication with the host, checking if we were happy and if we needed anything....security is great, you need your phone key to access elevator, would highly recommend, we will definitely stay again 😀
