Preis-/Leistung war wirklich top. Für eine Unterkunft auf Geschäftsreise sehr geeignet. Neu renoviert, neue Ausstattung.
Für eine Nichtraucher Wohnung hat es anfangs sehr stark nach Zigaretten gerochen, besonders im Treppenhaus. Wenn man zu spät an die Unterkunft kommt, konnte es öfters sein, dass man keinen Parkplatz mehr am Haus bekommt. In der Umgebung ist es schwierig, weil man nirgends richtig an die Straße parken kann.

Wohnung ist schön und renoviert. Sauber
Parksituation miserabel. Kaum Parkplätze und Stress mit Nachbarn. Haus extrem laut, weil die Dämmung im Tür Bereich nicht vorhanden ist. Somit hören sie alles vom Gang. Stolperfallen in Wohnung und Bad. Es fehlt Ablage für Handtücher im Bad als auch in der Dusche.
