Nice personel but very old facility

The location is great and is the main advantage of this hotel. The staff is nice and also breakfast was tasty.

The facility is very old, it seems maintained but be aware that you will be staying in room which was furnished probably tens of years ago and the same goes for bathroom. We only booked this place because it was last minute decision and only available accomodation.

Good hotel for a vacation close to the beach in Grado

Staff was very friendly, we got a room with balcony even though the original booking was without one. Hotel is situated right next to one of the entries to the beach. Powerful AC kept room cool at night.

Room was one the smaller side, but still okay. The shower was one of those curtain-only types (i.e. no real separation between the shower floor and rest of the bathroom)

Very good breakfast, kind personnel and place to park the bicycles. We spent ony one night.

There were mosquitos in the room although the windows were not open. So we did some hunting before going to sleep.

Great staff, old facility and quite expensive

Great position very close to the pedestrian area in Grado, and to most amenities like beach, Parco delle Rose, minigolf. Staff very professional and friendly, they did wait for us coming after midnight because of traffic congestion along the motorway; they also did organize our next accommodation in a different hotel.

Quite expensive, like most facilities in Grado. Despite the staff is managing the hotel for the first year in 2021, the building and facility are quite old and outdated. Parking only available in the public street for the amount of 6€/day. No access to the beach is included, so this is completely extra. Breakfast average quality.

A good located hotel from the 60's

The position of the hotel is very good, 3mins walk from the beach and 5-10mins walk from the old town. The staff was very friendly and kind. The breakfast was absolutely great.

Our room was not looking like how it was on the picture. The rooms are very old designed and need to be renovated, refurnished, especially the bathroom. Also a net on the door would be helpful against the mosquitoes (there were a lot)

Lage sehr zentral. Frühstück sehr gut.

Eines von vielen, vielen Hotels im Grado. Für eine Übernachtung (Radtour Alpe-Adria) absolut ausreichend. Für einen Erholungs-/Wohlfühlurlaub wäre es für uns nicht passend.

Nettes, familiär geführtes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück

Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, Hotelchefin Frühstück serviert, Frühstück außergewöhnlich gut und reichhaltig. Lage sehr angenehm, Nähe zum Strand und Zentrum. Hotel wird Schritt für Schritt verbessert, da es neu erworben wurde. Bin gespannt auf nächstes Jahr!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, vor allem der Kaffee. Die Nähe zum Strand ist in Ordnung. Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung ist der eines 3-Sterne-Hotels angemessen. Danke für das nette Lunchpaket bei unserer zeitigen Abreise. Es wurde sogar extra ein Tisch mit Wasserkocher und Instantkaffee aufgebaut :)

Zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthalts war ein Musikfestival. Die Fensterscheiben haben bis 02:30 gescheppert, das sollte man beachten wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte.

Megfelelő szállás párnapos kikapcsolódásra.

Kellemes, a várt minőséget biztosító szállás nagyon kedves és segítő személyzettel, különösen Maria-t kell kiemelni aki a reggelinél (de nem csak) mindig nagyon kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész volt. A reggeli bőséges és választékos volt. A szobákat napi szintén takarították, törölközőket szintén naponta cseréltek.

Grado mi ha davvero stupito

Posizione strategica e vicina al mare. Il GIT è raggiungibile veramente comodamente a piedi. La stanza era davvero molto pulita e lo staff molto gentile. Colazione davvero ottima e abbondante con ampia disponibilità di pietanze dolci e salate.

Arredamento della stanza decisamente datato con climatizzatore e frigorifero molto rumorosi. La spia della televisione illuminava a giorno la stanza.
