-Location so many halal eateries,minimart,DIY shop,Ninso,burger carts at night.
-Pillows and beds were very comfortable.
-No toothbrush & toothpaste were provided except towels,shower gel and shampoo.
-Laundry detergent were provided as there were washing machine but no laundry pegs.
-Garment steamer and handheld garment steamer were provided.
Different rental tenant, different problem. For me drinking glass not enough,no cooking utensils except a medium saucepan. No trash bag, luckily I bring quite a lot for own self usage. Those who like to watch tv channels no tv except projector to be connected by your hp.

Nice cosy little apartment that has necessary amenities, location not difficult to find. Availability of netflix is a plus.
Shower area and toilet bowl very near so it gets all wet after someone showers. There are no handle bars around, dangerous when floor is wet coz no where to hold.
Past midnight, we keep hearing people trying to open door/lock, knocking and talking, guess the walls in this building are thin hence can hear very clearly.

Design and furniture layout is good.
Under sofa lots of dirt and trash, general cleaning not thorough. Shower soap leaves skin itchy. The smaller room bed base is misaligned and needs repair. Kitchen area has a stench.
