I booked my reservation a week prior to coming however, when I got there, I could not find the hotel. I had to ask a local and he took me to this gate that has a code to it; I never received a code to get to the hotel. Then I go to location that says Károly Thinking that’s the location, but apparently it’s the building behind it and when you go to it, it doesn’t tell you what floor to go on. However, I ended up getting off on the right floor and there’s a code to the door to get to the lobby. I didn’t know the code to that door either luckily some females who already staying there open the door for me. I get inside the lobby and there’s nobody at the desk. Keep in mind it is 2 AM so I am exhausted and I tried calling the hotel phone number, but no one was answering. Granted, I did not stay there I would not recommend nor go back and thankfully agoda gave me my refund back
