The house is warm, very cosy, clean and tidy, has everything you need and is in a great location for the Peak District.
We stripped the beds when leaving and noted two horrid stains on the duvet in the front bedroom, looked like tea/coffee had been spilt, hoping it wasn't urine!!

The property is in an excellent location. It is very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a good stay. Rooms are large and nicely decorated.
The sofas are a bit uncomfortable and the lighting in the lounge is a little dim but these are really minor niggles and nothing that would stop us from staying again.
