    Perla is a newly constructed hotel with a nice terrace and dining area. Little far from market place but very good for balloon view and peace. Also room are clean & nice

    The hotel is fine, rooms are specious, location is great for the view of hot air balloon flying over the hotel roof top. Restaurants are nearby. The hotel needs to improve on breakfast. Breakfast was prepared before guests arrive and left on the tables uncovered, we found flies helping themselves on our food, it was disgusting and I could not eat that food. The room had bed bugs, my first night there was a nightmare, I didn't sleep the whole night, my husband and I found bugs on the pillows and sheets. We reported the next morning and they moved us into another room. However the damage was already done, my whole back was swolen, and itching for 3 days, I couldn't enjoy my other excursions as I was busy scratching my itchy body for the whole 3 days. The owner of the hotel, didn't have a warm welcome as we met in the reception area, in breakfast and on our way out when we were leaving. He needs to be more nicer to his guests. The hotel is nice but they need to call pest control from time to time. No guest wants to sleep in a room with bed bugs. However, I think they attended to as because I saw a pest control vehicle when we were leaving.
