The signage to "The Springs " a bit more visible/bright.

Great location comfortable house for large groups.
Pool wasn’t cleaned & able to be used - pool side tables chairs very dirty - balcony door off hinge meaning it was dangerous and could not be locked - wire balcony door could lock but did not provide secure lock and entry was still possible.

Location was good and views lovely.
Cleaning was not up to our standard - microwave jug windows were filthy cobwebs all over outside of windows.
