La atención fue de excelencia. Hice la reserva para mis papas, quienes no se manejan con internet y esas cosas, la señora los recibió incluso antes de la hora prevista, los ayudó y fue sumamente amable con ellos, en circunstancias que mis padres lo necesitaban y no se manejaban con los check in, check out, ni nada de eso. Inclusive, ellos terminaron quedándose un día adicional y ella amablemente les permitió quedarse pese a no haberlo reservado previamente, pagándose en el momento. Me dejó muy tranquila saber todo lo flexible y amable que fue con personas mayores, que no entienden mucho de cómo funciona todo. Alojamiento a pasos del hospital, muy confiable y acogedor
