The staff was friendly and helpful. Our VIP room (301) was exactly as described, beautiful and relaxing. The only downside was the room’s proximity to the boat engine - it was really loud in the morning, cutting our sleep short.

Excellent cruise! There are so many cruise ships around in the Halong area, but the people make all the difference. We were on the very last cruise with Doria and the ship goes out of circulation now and might or might not return in the future. But the great, friendly and extremely helpful staff will continue to welcome guests on the other comparable ships that belong to the same group. Big thanks to the magnificent crew of Doria, especially our butler from Sapa whose name I am not allowed to mention here.
