The location cannot be beat. Close to the center yet isolated from the noise of the streets of Noto. Once the Wi-Fi was activated, it was strong and reliable. The host was very helpful and patient as I was very tired and impatient during this stay. The facilities are very new and modern. All the necessary tools and amenities are in place. The bed was very comfortable.

The sleeping loft requires going up and down stairs to use the bathroom. No problem for me, but may be a problem for those with mobility issues. By design, there is not much natural light, but if you needed to open the front door, the interior courtyard is secure and quiet. I am not a fan of video self-checkin instructions as they depend on a strong cellular network and Noto is notorious for poor broadband. The host eventually had to send written instructions. Have cash to pay as alternative methods are difficult. A mix of soft and firm pillows would be an improvement.

Ottimo appartamento veramente carino , pulito spazioso e recentemente ammodernato anche con gusto e accortezze!

L'emplacement est parfait et surtout on accède à ce duplex à travers une cour intérieure tout à fait charmante, en pierres, très bien décorée. C'est très facile d'accès avec les explications à travers une vidéo de l'hôte, qui est réactif et fait tout pour nous arranger. L'ensemble est très chaleureux et accueillant. Nous sommes arrivés en février et le chauffage a été rapidement efficace. Je recommande vivement cet endroit où il était dommage de ne rester qu'une seule nuit.

De ne pas rester plus longtemps, et nous n'avons pas réussi à amadouer suffisamment la chatte de la maison Tea, qui nous a accueilli la première, qui est fort sympathique, mais tient à son territoire ! 🙂
