اكثر من رائع … تم استرداد قيمة التأمين بالكامل على الرغم من التعجب في البداية من وجود تأمين لحجز غرفة ولكن بعد الاقامة بالفندق ومراجعة درجة اهتمام الادارة بالفندق ومرفقاته ونظافته اظن ان لهم الحق في هذا تماما وخاصة مع وجود تنبيه بعدم التدخين بداخل الفندق

The room was spacious, and the stores were very near, from groceries to restaurants to hair saloons.
Despite having multiple stays before, the staff were very cooperative while checking you in. While checking out, they were found very strict with their "POLICY" for giving margins. They charged me extra 150 riyals for 3 hours extra stay from their 12.30pm check out time, and this fare is almost half what they are charging for full one night stay. I asked for compensation or decrease in the charges, but sadly, there was no use.
