About this house rental
New home with contemporary architecture in Notre Dame de Monts. 59 m² of living space + a 42 m² terrace and small garden with no direct views from neighboring properties, in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Located near the Pont d’Yeu, you can reach the beach about 900 m away by walking through the forest or using the bike path. If you’d like to drive there, there’s a large parking lot at the base of the dune.
The town center is 900 m away. In July and August (dates to be confirmed), a free shuttle (stop 50 m away) will take you there.
2-bedroom house for 4 people
Fully equipped, electric heating/air conditioning, 1 bathroom with toilet, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, …) Living room with sofa and flat-screen TV, utility room with washing machine, 2 parking spaces in front of the house, patio furniture, umbrella, electric grill, etc…
Bed linens, towels, and basic amenities included.
Room layout:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190)
You can park your car right in front of the house, safely on the private driveway leading to the rental (2 private parking spaces).
Saint-Jean-de-Monts is less than 10 minutes away; the bridge to Noirmoutier Island and the ferry terminal for Île d’Yeu are also a 10-minute drive away.
Rates are available by the week or weekend, depending on the season.
Rentals are available only by the week during school breaks for zones B and C.
