This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house is fully air conditioned and has an inviting pool with an outdoor terrace. Access to the beach is through the main public beach entrance or Baker’s Beach entrance, both about 350 meters away (North and South). Very close to Olas Verdes Hotel, Manglar Restaurant and Safari Surf School.

This was a clean, comfortable property with everything we needed. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the pool was smaller than it looked in the photos, there was a strange smell out on the street that made me gag every time I had to get out of the car to lock the gate (something they pour on the dirt roads to make them less dusty) and there was pretty constant construction across the street. Two out of three of those were not the fault of the property managers (who were extremely responsive about anything that came up) but they were things I would have appreciated knowing about before booking.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Casa Verde over the Christmas holiday. The villa is ideally located to access the beach and local shops/restaurants. It was an added bonus to have access to Hotel Olas Verdes. The staff was amazing and helped us organize transportation, quads, and reservations. We look forward to coming back soon!

We had an incredible time at Casa Verde. The hotel staff were very very friendly and took great care of us and all of our needs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay with your family.
