On 350 sm you will find a large entrance hall, 2 sitting-rooms with a fireplace, an elegant dining-room, a fitted kitchen, a pantry/laundry, 3 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, 2 bedrooms sharing a family shower-room. Outside, 1 large south-facing terrace under the majestic plane-trees, a covered terrace close to the kitchen, another sheltered terrace north overlooking the heated 12 x 6 m pool secured by submerged alarm. In the pool-house, a sitting-room with widescreen TV, a double bedroom, 1 shower room and separate toilets.
