Immaculate, brand newly constructed, MCM inspired single family home in Cathedral City (adjacent to Palm Springs) available for the first time for 30+ day rentals. Short term rentals are not allowed in Cathedral City.
An inspiring backyard with designer, dark-bottom pool and spa, multiple seating areas, an oversized, covered, outdoor living room with big screen TV, four hole undulating putting green, BBQ and direct access to the kitchen and master bedroom. The zero-maintenance, drought-tolerant backyard is a true oasis in the desert. The bedrooms are spacious with a spa-worthy, master suite (access to outdoor living area), two king rooms that share the other two full-bathrooms, a 4th bedroom that doubles as an office with queen, designer wall bed. All bedrooms have beautiful, custom, built-in wardrobes. All king suites have TVs. A gorgeous, high-ceiling, common area with kitchen, dining and living room within. This home, the grounds, and all new-designer furnishings would be 4x the price in Palm Springs, just 3 miles away.
Rates include utilities except gas for pool heating (due to major increase in gas prices we can discuss cost of heating the pool during your stay).
Prefer no pets but will consider single, small dog or cat with advanced screening and case-by-case consideration.
