In the heart of Syracuse Armory. Great restaurants and all cultural events!

No issues at all. Easy to get in and out as instructions were clear. There is a bar below but weekdays they close earlier. You’re in walking distance to anything you’d want or need. Parking was easy enough. I would stay there again!

As long as you don’t mind loud music at night your good to go, in the middle of everything you need for a great stay!

NOT SURE HOW I MISSED THAT IT WAS OVER A BAR BUT THE REVIEWS ARE CORRECT. YOU WILL HEAR VERY LOUD MUSIC TIL 2AM. Didnt see that til after we stayed and couldn't get to sleep. The pics online look great. My wife's first thought on entering was "we cant stay here". I guess the first impression was that it is old. Seems as if some work was done to enhance it but still old. Gives the sense of being dirty even if it’s not. Upon opening the door from the street, you see stairs with very old brown carpet. Once up the stairs, as you approach the door into the apt, there are stains on the carpet in front of the door. The door itself has a large peeled paint spot at the lock. I will include pictures if this site allows it. Upon opening the door, you find a glued down, large welcome mat that has 3 corners curled up. These caught my wifes foot more than once while there (trip hazard) because you cross over it every time you go from kitchen to livingroom. There are 3 bathrooms and the one off the right bedroom lavatory sink backs up badly. Not sure if it is the norm. I guess the only saving grace is the location. Overall, I would say that its not worth the two hundred plus per night. Next time, we will just book a hotel.
