This was our second time at the riverfront home and we have enjoyed both our stays. The location of the home is perfect, only minutes from the beach, aunt catfishes (restaurant)and the inlet for great fishing. We will definitely be returning for another stay soon!

The house is clean with good accommodations for 2 couples and 2 twin beds for kids or another couple. The 85 inch TV in the living room is really nice. The bathrooms are well appointed and the kitchen has many appliances hidden under the counters. We stayed for 4 days with 4 adults while at the Daytona 500. It was not too far to drive for such a nice stay in a quiet neighborhood. However, we only found 4 bath towels in the whole house and they were all in the Master bath along with 2 wash rags and 2 hand towels. There were also very limited blankets in the house. While were there, the temperature dropped very low and we turned on the heat, but we really wanted more blankets on the beds. No luck, just a couple of tiny fleece blankies for couch snuggles. Also, there does not seem to be any side or end tables in the house. No place to put your phone or tablets or CPAP by the bed. The couch has electric recliners but one end is bent so the hinge drags on the lower frame, so it was unplugged. The backyard space is nice and the boat dock is clean. There are kayaks and life vests for use on the river along with a boat slip. Overall a really nice property, but the lack of towels, blankets, and end tables is just weird considering they are relatively cheap items compared to the 85 inch TV and high end bath room finishes. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

This property has been completely renovated and is very comfortable and clean. it has all the amenities that you will need for any length of stay. this is a perfect vacation rental for family of 6 and seemed to be located in the middle of everything that we wanted to do.
