• All properties are contactless checkin. All check-ins begin at 4 PM unless otherwise approved in writing. Edits made in Airbnb to an earlier time do not override this policy.
• Late arrivals after 8 PM are still welcome, but live assistance may be limited.
• Local residents must message before booking. Non-inquiry local bookings may be canceled without refund.
• If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 3% processing fee. This does not apply to HVMB reservations.

Watch out for these guys. They’ll ding you if you happen to use their towels after a shower. They claimed it was stained, but they weren’t.
They charged us $125 for four used towels. Which is ridiculous in the first place and not appropriate because they were clean just used.
