In a quiet, child-friendly residential area, this cozy and comfortable house with several bathing bays is within reach with only 10 minutes by car. The house is located at the end of the road with a nice lawn and nice grounds. The house is well planned and with homely furnishings. Suitable for those traveling as a couple who want to enjoy the summer town of Mariestad. The city offers beautiful streets with cobblestones and well-preserved 17th-century houses. Hamnstad with cafes and the Göta canal begins in Sjötorp, just north of town. You are welcomed into the house via a bright hall. Directly to the right is the small bathroom with sink and toilet. Straight ahead, the living room opens up, which is integrated with the kitchen. Everything very tasteful and homely. The dining room/dining area is to the right of the hall. In the living room there are comfortable sofas with a TV. Here is the exit to the conservatory. On the upper floor there is also a bedroom with a 120 cm bed. The stairs down lead to another common room with TV and sofa. Adjacent is the second bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Down here is the larger bathroom, which is bright and fully tiled. Toilet, sink and shower cubicle. An optimal accommodation for those who want to be close to lakes, nature and experiences! Down by the harbor only 7 minutes from your accommodation, you can enjoy delicacies from Vänern and eat locally produced ice cream from Klings ice cream. There is mini golf, a café, hiking trails and good eateries. Badplats Snapen, Ekudden and Sandviken can be easily reached by car. If you want to hike and discover magical nature, you must visit Tiveden National Park. Tiveden offers interesting nature experiences and a strong wilderness feeling in the middle between Vänern and Vättern. Tiveden has South Sweden's wildest forests where you hike in chaotic boulder fields with rock blocks up to 10 meters high that have come with the ice sheet.
