About this house rental
Charming, brand-new 36 m² apartment in a quiet, rural setting.
The apartment features a large, bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Sleeps up to 4 people.
Come enjoy the furnished patio as well as a private green space with a pétanque court and views of the countryside.

The property
“La Casa Del Chadoud”
A 36-square-meter apartment with a sliding glass door opening onto a pleasant, secluded patio.
Garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue will be at your disposal.
You can also enjoy a private green space and a pétanque court.
Entirely done by us: from the blueprints to the construction of the building and the interior design.
The furnishings are 100% upcycled. We decided to give old furniture new life and repurpose certain items.
A cozy and warm atmosphere—you’ll find everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Bedroom separated by a wooden screen, featuring a double bed, nightstands, and a wardrobe.
Kitchen equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, electric stovetop, coffee maker, blender, and a stone grill.
You’ll also find tea, coffee, as well as sugar, salt, pepper, mustard… and even candy ;-)
Linens and towels are provided.
Toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, cleaning supplies, and paper towels are also available.
Travelers’ Access
The Roanne region, a charming destination, is ideal for unwinding and treating yourself over a weekend. In addition to its culinary delights, it offers a rich cultural scene and a distinctive way of life. Just an hour from Lyon, Saint-Étienne, or Clermont-Ferrand, the contrast is striking: lush green plains, gently rolling hills, architectural gems in warm colors reminiscent of the not-so-distant South, and the mysterious and charming Loire River…
