Welcome to my apartment!
This beautiful and modern three-bedroom apartment with a balcony is in an excellent location. It can accommodate up to six people, making it an ideal getaway for families or friends.
The living room, furnished with comfortable sofas, opens onto a balcony equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for soaking up the sun while enjoying a stunning view of the Arc de Triomphe. You can even catch a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower from one of the apartment's windows.
The fully equipped open kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook and enjoy delicious meals. There's also a dining table available if you wish to dine in.
There are three bedrooms with a double bed, a queen bed and a king bed respectively.
The bathrooms have all the basic amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Also note that this space is not accessible to persons with reduced mobility.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station: Avenue Foch, is just a 18-minute walk.
Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Great location, close to Trocadero, Arc de Triomphe, and near a couple of different train stops. The apartment had lots of space and privacy. Lots of light in the bedrooms and the back bedroom has a nice view of the Eiffel Tower.

This is the perfect Paris apartment. perfect location and plenty of space. My husband and I stayed her with our four children. Three bedrooms and two and a half baths is more than you’ll get anywhere around. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a true Paris experience. Walking distance to EifoTower, Arc de Triumph, Champs Elyesse, subways and trains. We were able to do and see everything we wanted to. It’s beautiful and comfortable.
