The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a built-in closet. A kitchen open to the living room equipped with all appliances. The living room has a dining table with 4 chairs and a two-seater sofa that converts into a sofa bed 140 cm wide and 204 cm long. A smart tv with national channels and the possibility of accessing streaming platforms Netflix , Amazon Prime etc .
We have air conditioning in the living room and even from the room you will never have the feeling of heat . During the winter also the same device produces heat to heat the entire apartment. Then a balcony for two people where you can have breakfast facing the beach which is about 30 meters away. Our clients will have during their stay clean bed linen and towels.
The apartment is on the second floor of a recently renovated building, next to the train stop 'CARVAJAL' (100 meters). The promenade at about 30 meters, is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, a gas station on the main street (CARRETERA DE CADIZ) and a bus stop less than 100 meters from the apartment.
The parking is located on Guadalquivir street about 5 minutes (350 meters) walk from the house. On the 2nd floor and at number 27.It is recommended for couples with small children who want to spend a vacation very close to the beach and the ecosystem that surrounds it. The place is also super quiet being on the second line of the beach and for people looking to relax is the ideal place.
