We had a great stay at Ocean Reef overall! The condo itself was beautiful, recently remodeled, and felt very homey and comfortable. Being on the top floor with the taller ceilings made the space feel much more open than most condos we’ve stayed in. The beds were extremely comfortable, every bedroom had a smart TV, and the condo was very clean. The large balcony, beach cart, and included beach chairs were all huge positives as well.The only downside involving the condo itself was that the hot tub was broken the entire time we were there. Management was responsive when I reached out, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time since that was one of the reasons we booked this unit.The biggest issue was unfortunately the beach chair attendant. We reserved our chairs correctly on the first day, but because another employee had apparently done it wrong, we were moved to the back row the next day. Throughout the stay, the attendant was consistently rude and dismissive. On our last day, he told us something closer to the front might open up, but when my mom went down to check, he had her standing there waiting while ignoring her. Since the beach chairs were one of the reasons we booked this condo, it definitely affected our beach experience.I understand the beach service is separate from the condo owners, but since it’s tied to the property amenities, I do think it’s worth addressing. Overall though, the condo itself was wonderful, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was awesome! We loved the views, layout and cleanliness. Only negative was the building elevators. They kept getting stuck and for most of the stay at least one was being serviced. At one point all three elevators were down. Not ideal when staying on the 23rd floor.

Beach view good!! Room was just ok on cleaning not great!! Pool and deck was not great small!! No pool towels at all! No TV service just steaming!
